Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Fable England packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
